After 49 years in the former federal capital Bonn, my wife and I decided together to emigrate to Northern Cyprus with the children in 2020.

With every vacation we spent on the Mediterranean, we became more and more aware that this is exactly where we want to live one day. The proximity to the sea, the sight of palm trees, the mild climate and, above all, the many sunny days promote (incidentally scientifically proven) individual well-being and therefore, of course, the joy of life.

So the decision to emigrate to Northern Cyprus was not difficult for us at all. The everyday challenges such as finding the right school for the children, good medical care and of course the successful completion of all sorts of official matters are just some of the tasks that we have been able to successfully master since then.

The most important step, however, was finding a suitable home for our family with a focus on good infrastructure and an appropriate social environment. The increase in value was also an important issue for us, because the properties should serve both as a home and as an attractive investment. This has meant that we have been able to gain a lot of experience in the real estate market in Northern Cyprus over the years and can also offer potential investors competent advice.
